My consulting experience includes reading thousands of Housing Authority and Continuum of Care manuals, covering everything from Section 8 housing applications, operations, policies, procedures, assessment tools, HIMS, algorithmic ranking, data manuals and every piece of HUD and housing legislation written on subsidized housing in the last decade.
